Before you list your house with a real estate agent you should know
what services they offer because not all agents are created equal.
Homeowners need to know how the agent plans to market the home, communicate
throughout the process and advise you on details regarding the appeal of
your home to attract the most buyers.
Some agents think that if they put a sign in the yard and list the house on
the Multiple Listing System (MLS) that the house will sell itself. In

and a great listing agent will spend money on strategically placed
